Membrane Deaeration
At Vulkan Engineering, we use the 3M Liqui-Cel membrane technology in our systems to ensure efficient gas removal. These membranes offer superior performance in eliminating dissolved gases like oxygen and carbon dioxide without the need for chemicals or extensive energy use. By integrating 3M Liqui-Cel membranes, we provide compact, autonome and reliable operation in demanding applications.
Ultra Filtration
Our Multi-Element Vessel (MEV) Ultrafiltration system offers a reliable and efficient solution. Designed for durability and ease of operation, the Ultra Filtration system is fully automatic operation and cleaning cycles, ensuring minimal manual intervention and consistent performance.
Sulphate Removal
Vulkan Engineering is designing and engineering sulphate removal units for the offshore market. We use market leading Nanofiltration membranes to remove Sulphates from the seawater in order to avoid scaling in the injection wells.
